Established since 2015 in the peninsula, our first activity was the construction of high-end villas for seasonal rental. Since our first constructions, we offer a concierge service to our clients owners and this has allowed us to welcome hundreds of travelers.
Today, our goal is to become a real player in high-end travel in the Nicoya Peninsula and specifically in Santa Teresa. But also a real facilitator of management for the owners of luxury villas.
By integrating collaborators specialized in rental management with a strong experience and know-how in the sector but also local people to have a real field knowledge, we are convinced to become the reference.
