Pilates lessons

Pilates is a method of gymnastics called “postural” which strengthens the deep muscles of the body through movement and breathing. The goal is to work the deep stabilizing muscles to improve posture, gain strength and range of motion, and release tension. Our coach will come directly to your villa to introduce you to or perfect this discipline which is a must in Santa Teresa.
